Front of House Staff

We are always looking for Front of House staff who will compliment our existing hard working, enthusiastic team.

Front of House duties include but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers
• Taking food orders
• Delivering food orders to the correct tables
• Answering the telephone
• General Housekeeping of the play centre

We pride ourselves at Playkidds on the experience the customer recieves from the moment they enter the building to the moment they leave. From maintaining the cleanliness of the soft play itself, to making sure the seating area is comfortable for our guests to ensuring our customers receive a high standard of customer service. Whilst training will be given on site - all candidates will be expected to participate in all areas of this customer experience.
